1.Characteristics:
ssy108 is featured by brightness, relatively high anti-friction performance, easy processing, quick drying,
low temperature resistant, and mutual adhesion resistant. It is suitable for polishing with vanishing machine
connected to printing machine. The product is non-toxic, unharmful, inflammable and inexplosive, causes
no risks to the operators, and thus completely complies with the requirement of environmental protection.

3. Applying process and precautions:
1. Recommended dilution rate: 1: 0.15 ¨C 1: 0.3
2. Applying quantity of varnish depends on quality of the applied paper. Dilute the product to the
required viscosity in water of an amount depending on the paper sheets in the machine. Pay attention to
that the thicker paper sheets have better stability than thinner ones.
3. Applying speed: 40 ¨C 80m per minute.
4. The product achieves its best brightness, anti-friction performance and mutual adhesion resistance
12 hours after varnishing.
5. Make best use of the infiltration of water-based varnish for control of the drying time. Another option
to speed up drying is to increase the content of ethanol, but depending on the actual situation and the viscosity
of the varnish.
6. It is required to clean the equipment before application of the product to avoid chemical reaction with
other products.
7. Because some types of printing oil cannot withstand alcohol or alkali due to its high acidity. Please make
test before application of the product.
8. It is suggested to apply varnish after powder removal for printing with powder spraying so as not to
affect the brightness. It is possible to reduce or eliminate usage of anti-dirt agent because the water-based varnish
